Apparel Items Embroidery
Our advanced digital equipment lets us combine the precision of computer scanning with the seasoned skill of our expert needleworkers. Your logo or artwork is converted to a sew-able form by a process called digitizing. You will need to provide us artwork - hardcopy or electronic - in order to prepare your logo. Once this is done, you will be sent an embroidered proof of your logo for your approval. This process is subject to a one-time fee depending on the difficulty of converting the design. This fee may be waived or minimized according to the size of the order. Stitch counts (the number of stitches required to sew the design) can have a bearing on the cost of the garment. The larger the design, the more the stitches. With each step, we take the time to provide you with the quality you expect from Emerson Glenn.
Apparel Items Silkscreen
Emerson Glenn also provides silk screening services. In some cases, printing logos or artwork is more suitable than embroidery. We can help you make that determination. Silk screening may require screen fees in unusual cases. However, when provided with clean, quality artwork, we can "burn screens" at no additional cost to you. Art fees may apply if artwork provided is not camera ready. Most logs can be converted for a nominal $30 fee. Please see artwork info. above on the requirements for sending art.
Delivery:
After artwork is approved, most orders involving embroidery or silk-screen can be completed within ten (10) business days. Most orders require less time. Promotional items require more time and completion time is estimated on a case by case basis. Rush orders can be accommodated.
